• 1 class cards are valid 1 week from the date of purchase.

• 5 classes cards are valid 2 months from the date of purchase.

• 10 classes cards are valid 4 months from the date of purchase.

• There are no refunds on any lessons purchased.

• For all private Pilates and private Yoga classes there is a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. Please call at least 24 hours prior to your class start otherwise you will be charged full price. Thank you for understanding.
• Shiatsu sessions duration is 60 minutes.

• Pilates classes duration is 55 minutes.

• Yoga classes duration is 75 minutes.

General Note:

Wear comfortable clothes and socks or have bare feet in class.

Try not to eat at least 1,5 or 2 hours before your class. And after class drink lots of water.
