Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn) is the ancient massage which has its roots in Ayurvedic medicine and Yoga. It is a Buddhist practice in which Yoga, meditation and acupressure (by fingers, hands, elbows, knees and feet) are combined. The result is deep relaxation and increased flexibility.
