A small group class (max 8-10 people) where we practice ground (mat) controlled exercises that focus on strengthening and working from the 'Powerhouse’ (core muscles) without equipment. To join a group class you should be healthy without major injuries or complications.

Because of COVID-19 measures places are limited.
Reserve your spot and be mindful about (late) cancelations, if you have to, please try to cancel your class on time. There is a waiting list in the app so others can take your place.
